Create design onlineAbout Heuchera 'Peach Crisp'
Heuchera 'Peach Crisp' is a tight mound of heavily ruffled leaves that move through amber, peach, orange, and red tones. The Terra Nova cultivar page lists white flowers in May and June, USDA zones 4–9, and a compact size of about 6 inches tall by 14 inches wide ([cultivar details](https://www.terranovanurseries.com/product/heuchera-peach-crisp/)).
## Garden Use
Use the small mound at an edge, in a rock garden, or in a container where its finely curled foliage can contrast with broader leaves. The evergreen foliage retains color into winter, while the short white flower stems add a lighter note above the leaves. Terra Nova also lists the cultivar as attractive to hummingbirds.
## Growing Conditions
The breeder recommends full sun, good drainage, and organic soil; its garden guidance favors average water and soil that is not kept too wet once the plant is established. Keep the crown at or just above soil level to reduce the risk of crown rot. A 14-inch spacing gives the mound room to develop without leaving a large gap at the front of a border. The [secondary cultivar profile](https://www.perennials.com/plants/heuchera-peach-crisp.html) likewise describes a compact, ruffled mound and late-spring flowers.
## Maintenance
In spring, remove weathered leaves and trim flower stems after bloom if a tidier mound is desired. Check the crown periodically, since Heuchera rootstocks can rise over time; lift and replant with the crown at the surface if it becomes exposed.
