About Snow Angel Coral Bells

Heuchera 'Snow Angel' pairs cherry-pink flowers with green leaves marked in white. The rounded, variegated mound stays low while slender flower stems bring color above the foliage, so it fits well along paths, at a rock-garden edge, or in a patio container. The [cultivar profile at Perennials.com](https://www.perennials.com/plants/heuchera-snow-angel.html) lists zones 4–9, flowers from late spring into summer, and the same green-and-white foliage combination. ## Size and placement Allow about 10–12 inches in height and 12–16 inches in spread. Choose full sun or partial shade, with protection from hot afternoon sun in warm regions. Average to moist soil and a well-drained site suit this selection; the foliage gives the strongest visual effect near the front of a bed. ## Maintenance Remove spent flower spikes to keep the clump tidy and encourage more buds. Clear damaged leaves in spring, then divide the plant in spring or early fall if it becomes crowded. Water during establishment and extended dry periods, and avoid leaving the crown in soggy soil.
