Create design onlineAbout Infinity Lavender Impatiens
Infinity® Lavender is a compact New Guinea impatiens with soft lavender-to-purple flowers, white centers, and dark-green foliage. It blooms through summer and can continue until frost, so it is grown as a warm-season annual in most regions.
### Landscape Use
With an upright, mounded habit, it reaches about 10–14 inches tall and 6–12 inches wide, suiting shaded containers, hanging baskets, and the front of a garden bed. The [Proven Winners catalog identifies this selection as ‘VINFLAVIMP’](https://www.provenwinners.com/sites/provenwinners.com/files/catalogs_pdfs/4_annual_isotoma-pansiola-1.pdf); the [plant patent](https://patents.google.com/patent/USPP23222P2/en) describes its compact New Guinea impatiens form.
### Growing Conditions
Site it in full to partial shade after spring frost has passed. Use well-drained soil and water regularly; container-grown plants may need more frequent watering and feeding than plants in the ground. The [Infinity® Lavender profile](https://plantaddicts.com/infinity-lavender-impatiens) lists continuous summer bloom, an average watering need, and no deadheading requirement.
## Maintenance
Keep soil evenly moist without waterlogging. Deadheading is not required; remove frost-damaged growth at season’s end.
