Imara XDR White Impatiens

Imara XDR White is a white-flowered bedding impatiens with a mounding habit. The Imara XDR technical leaflet provides series-level production guidance, while Iowa State Extension describes garden care for Impatiens walleriana. ## Growing Conditions Choose partial shade and moist, well-drained soil. Impatiens walleriana is suited to beds, containers, and hanging baskets. [Iowa State Extension’s growing guide](https://yardandgarden.extension.iastate.edu/how-to/growing-impatiens-home-garden) recommends checking soil moisture regularly, especially for container plantings. ## Placement Use this flowering selection in shaded beds or containers where a mounding habit can fill an open space. The [Syngenta Imara XDR technical leaflet](https://www.syngentaflowers.com/apac/sites/g/files/kgtney2376/files/media/document/2025/05/12/syngenta_flowers_apac_-_technical_leaflet_impatiens_imara_xdr.pdf) gives general production and light guidance for the series. ## Maintenance Check container soil frequently and water when its surface begins to dry. Keep the soil consistently moist while allowing excess water to drain. Watch plants during warm or windy weather and adjust watering to site conditions.
