Musica® Pink Aroma Impatiens

Musica® Pink Aroma is a double-flowered Impatiens walleriana selection in Danziger’s MUSICA™ series, with a mounded habit and pink flowers. Danziger’s [selection profile](https://www.danzigeronline.com/catalog/annuals/musica-pink-aroma/) lists a height of 10–15 inches and a spread of 15–20 inches, alongside metric values of 25–35 cm and 35–45 cm; treat these as approximate published ranges because the unit pairs differ slightly. ## Growing Conditions Use it in pots, hanging baskets, or window boxes in a semi-shaded spot; the breeder says it does not need pinching. North Carolina State Extension’s [species guide](https://plants.ces.ncsu.edu/plants/impatiens-walleriana/) describes I. walleriana as flowering from late spring through early fall and performing best in part to full shade. It recommends moist, well-drained, organic-rich, slightly acidic soil, with additional watering during hot, dry spells. ## Maintenance Keep soil evenly moist without waterlogging. In late summer, trim leggy growth to encourage new flowering, and protect plants from cold; this tropical species is grown as an annual in colder climates. Danziger’s listed ranges are breeder guidance; site conditions and climate affect mature size and flowering.
