Laburnum anagyroides 'Columnaris' is a deciduous tree distinguished by its narrow, upright growth habit and stiffly ascending branches. It typically reaches heights of 20 feet while maintaining a slender profile. In late spring, it produces spectacular, pendulous racemes of golden-yellow flowers that drape beautifully against trifoliate green foliage. Ideal for smaller landscapes or as a vertical accent, it thrives in well-drained soil and full sun to partial shade. All parts are toxic.
