Lavish® White is a named Spanish lavender selection with white-toned flowers, fragrant gray-green foliage, and the abundant bracted display associated with the Lavish® series. Green Fuse’s 2021–22 catalog documents the White color; the series description gives a garden height of 12–18 inches and Zone 7.
## Form and placement
Use this compact flowering lavender in full-sun borders, gravel gardens, or patio containers with excellent drainage. Its pale flower bracts stand out against the narrow, aromatic foliage and combine well with purple or blue flowers. Green Fuse does not publish a spread for this selection, so allow room for the plant to develop without crowding.
## Growing conditions
Spanish lavender prefers full sun and well-drained soil. Established plants tolerate dry periods, while cold, wet soil can cause decline. The species’ flowers and foliage are fragrant, and its spring-to-summer blooms can attract visiting pollinators.
## Maintenance
Deadhead faded flower stems and lightly trim after flowering to keep a neat shape. Avoid cutting into old woody stems; in cold, wet regions, do not prune in autumn.
