The broad mophead flowers also work as fresh or dried cuts. This selection can bloom on both old and new wood, providing an early flush and later repeat flowers; soil acidity influences color, with blue tones favored in acidic conditions and pink in more alkaline soil. ## Placement Site it in full sun to part shade, with protection from hot afternoon sun where summers are intense.
