Sweet Daisy® Christine is a compact Shasta daisy with clean white, single flowers and yellow centres. The Dümmen Orange product profile identifies it as a Sweet Daisy™ series commercial variety, code 80392, and notes that it can flower in its first year.
## Flowers and form
The breeder’s exact [Christine product page](https://na.dummenorange.com/app/en/products/usa/leucanthemum/sweet-daisy-christine/PAT_80392) lists white single flowers with yellow centres and green foliage. In Penn State’s 2017 flower trial, this selection was recorded at 12 inches tall and wide; trial notes described a compact habit and flowers from July through September. That field observation is useful context, while site, age, and culture can change garden size and bloom timing.
## Garden placement
Use it in a sunny mixed border or as a cut flower. Like other perennial Leucanthemum, it grows best in soil that drains freely and can tolerate light shade, although flowering is strongest in sun. Avoid soil that stays waterlogged or becomes excessively dry.
## Maintenance
Deadhead faded flowers to keep the display neat, then divide congested clumps in spring. Water newly planted daisies as they establish and during extended dry spells. See the [RHS perennial Leucanthemum guide](https://www.rhs.org.uk/plants/leucanthemum/perennial) for general genus care.
