Create design onlineAbout Shasta Daisy 'Broadway Lights'
Broadway Lights is a Shasta daisy whose flowers open buttery yellow, fade through pale yellow and cream, and mature to white. This changing display creates several flower colors on the plant at once through summer and into autumn.
## At a glance
The assigned name is retained as ‘Broadway Lights’. Syngenta’s exact product detail page lists the Broadway Lights® Cream color variety as an upright, first-year-flowering perennial for sun or partial shade, with summer flowering. The RHS profile identifies the same trade selection, describes its yellow-to-cream-to-white flower change, and lists a mature height and spread within 0.1–0.5 metres.
## Flowers and garden use
Use the clump in a sunny border or cutting garden where its successive flower colors can be seen together. The plant has green foliage and single daisy-like flowers with a yellow central disc. Syngenta’s current [Broadway Lights® Cream product page](https://www.syngentaflowers.com/emea/product/flower/70003848) provides its product and cultivation details; the [RHS plant profile](https://www.rhs.org.uk/plants/270116/leucanthemum-%C3%97-superbum-broadway-lights-leumayel/details) gives additional garden guidance.
## Maintenance
Grow in moderately fertile, moist but well-drained soil and keep it evenly moist while establishing. Deadhead spent flowers to encourage further bloom, and cut stems down after flowering. Divide the clump when it becomes crowded or loses vigor.
