About Shasta Daisy 'Christine Hageman'

‘Christine Hageman’ is a clump-forming Shasta daisy with white blooms layered around a yellow center and fresh green foliage. It flowers in summer and suits sunny perennial borders and cut-flower gardens. ## Garden profile Its blooms are described as partly double to densely layered, and the leafy plant grows with an upright, bushy habit. Plant it in sun or light shade in fertile, well-drained soil, with enough room for the clump to develop. ## Maintenance Water during prolonged dry spells, especially while plants establish. Remove spent flowers to encourage continued bloom, then cut the stems back after flowering. Divide established clumps every few years to renew growth.
