About Double Angel Daisy® Shasta Daisy

Double Angel Daisy® is a compact Shasta daisy with fully double white flowers and a bright yellow center. Green Fuse lists it as a hardy garden perennial that flowers through spring and summer. ## Garden profile The Green Fuse culture sheet recommends this selection for containers and garden beds, with well-drained growing media and watering followed by a short drying period. Its compact, branched growth supports a neat, floriferous display. The Green Fuse catalog lists an 8–12-inch mature height and hardiness to USDA Zone 4; a nursery profile gives a 10–12-inch spread. Set plants in full sun or light afternoon shade where summers are hot, and allow space for air circulation around the foliage. ## Maintenance Water consistently while the plant establishes, then water when the soil begins to dry; avoid persistently soggy soil. Remove faded flowers to encourage a longer display, and cut back spent stems after flowering. Divide crowded clumps as needed to maintain vigor.
