Lily Looks™ 'Tiny Bee' is an Asiatic hybrid lily selected for compact pot culture in the Tiny series. Its upright stems bear bright yellow, lightly recurved flowers marked with dark speckles above green foliage. It also suits patio containers, garden borders, and cutting; [Lily Looks lists Tiny Bee among its Tiny series varieties](https://lilylooks.nl/en/business/assortment/).
## Growing Conditions
Plant in well-drained soil and keep moisture available during growth without leaving the bulb waterlogged. The [Royal Horticultural Society's cultivar profile](https://www.rhs.org.uk/plants/252590/lilium-tiny-bee-ia-b-b/details) lists a range of garden soils and describes larger garden-grown plants; the developer's Tiny series is selected for naturally short pot-grown forms. A [current Tiny Bee listing](https://www.willowbrooknurseries.com/plant-name/Lilium-asiaticum-Lily-Looks-Tiny-Bee) gives a 12–14-inch height, full sun, average water, and summer flowering.
## Flowers and Uses
The cultivar patent identifies bright yellow, slightly recurved flowers and upright stems. It records flowering in June in the Netherlands, while the RHS describes midsummer bloom. In the garden, use the compact form near the front of a border or grow it in a patio pot; flowering stems can also be cut for arrangements.
## Maintenance
Deadhead faded flowers to tidy the plant; routine pruning is unnecessary. Leave foliage in place until it dies down, then separate offsets if you want to propagate the bulb.
