About Raspberry Stream™ Sweet Alyssum

Raspberry Stream™ is a Danziger sweet alyssum selection with raspberry-colored flowers, a compact mound, and a sweet fragrance. Colorado State University’s 2015 annual trials named it Best New Variety, recognizing its strong flower display. ## Garden use Use the flowering mound along a border or at the edge of a mixed container, where its small blooms can weave between taller annuals. Danziger describes the Stream series as fragrant and pollinator-friendly, with a mounded habit and flowers from early spring through autumn. The series is suitable for mixed containers, hanging baskets, and window boxes. In hot weather, light afternoon shade and steady moisture can help sustain flowering. Lightly shear if the mound loses shape; routine deadheading is unnecessary for a healthy display.
