Upright, clumping habit with medium green, oval hairy leaves that form a basal rosette. An easy to grow traditional cottage garden perennial. Burning Love is a compact version of the species with large showy clusters of 20-50 brilliant red blossoms June-August. Hummingbirds and bumblebees love the flowers. Prefers well drained soils and full sun.
