The only truly Pink apple. Cruncy texture and a tart taste with a sweet finish. Developed in Australia in the 1970's, Pink Lady is a cross between Golden Delicious and Lady Williams (not well known in Europe or North America). Does best in warmer climates because of it's long growing period. Needs light on the fruit in order to bring out the pink coloring.
