Create design onlineAbout Wild Daffodil
Wild daffodil is a spring bulb with trumpet-shaped flowers, usually yellow and sometimes white. It slowly forms clumps that can naturalize.
## Planting and Care
Plant bulbs 4–5 inches deep before frost in moist, well-drained soil and sun or partial shade. Deadhead, but leave leaves until they yellow naturally. [NC State Extension](https://plants.ces.ncsu.edu/plants/narcissus-pseudonarcissus/).
## Maintenance
Daffodils are toxic, especially the bulbs; keep them away from pets and children.
