Zion™ Purple Sun African Daisy

Zion™ Purple Sun is a named Osteospermum ecklonis selection in Selecta’s Zion series. The exact Selecta North America page identifies Purple Sun and gives general Zion-series information: medium vigor, upright habit, early-season production, and use in pots and landscapes. The page lists series dimensions of 16–20 inches high and 16–24 inches wide, with “Sun” exposure, and describes callused-cutting availability and branching. These are presented as Zion-series guidance; the page’s color wording does not clearly match the Purple Sun selection, so no additional cultivar-specific flower description is inferred. [Selecta North America: Zion™ Purple Sun](https://www.selectanorthamerica.com/SpringPlants/SeriesInfo/?phid=046105136042075) ## Maintenance Use the listed Zion-series dimensions and exposure as grower guidance, with local conditions determining performance. The page recommends pots and landscape use and describes medium vigor with an upright form. It does not provide a USDA hardiness zone, specific watering schedule, or calendar bloom period. Follow regional grower instructions for irrigation and outdoor timing. Preserve the Purple Sun selection name; no developer relationship is added because a live Selecta FK is not present in the reviewed developer export.
