Zion Shadow Yellow African Daisy

Zion Shadow Yellow is a named Osteospermum selection. The Royal Horticultural Society lists it under the trade name “Osteospermum [Zion Shadow Yellow]” and gives “Osteospermum 'Kleoe12199'” as a synonym. The RHS profile identifies the family as Asteraceae and describes the genus broadly as including annuals, perennials, and sub-shrubs with daisy-like flowers; that genus description is not a selection-specific growth or care claim. The exact cultivar page does not provide mature dimensions, exposure, watering guidance, or an explicitly labeled USDA hardiness zone, so those details remain unassigned. The available selection profile does not state care requirements or garden placement. Confirm regional growing conditions and the current grower’s instructions before choosing exposure, watering, or winter protection; no zone or mature size is inferred from the RHS page. The RHS treats this as a named trade selection and supplies the synonym shown above, which can help verify plant identity when comparing catalogs.
