Caldera™ Hot Pink Geranium

Caldera™ Hot Pink is a heat-loving interspecific geranium with pink-and-rose flowers and a compact, mounding, semi-trailing form. The Syngenta product profile lists a mature garden size of 10–14 inches tall by 20–24 inches wide and hardiness Zone 10a. ### Light and season The exact [Caldera Hot Pink profile](https://www.syngentaflowers.com/ams/product/flower/70109484) lists part sun to full sun, flowering from mid-spring through summer, and a pollinator-friendly rating. The product is listed as an annual and is described as a spreading choice for landscape color, baskets and mixed containers. ### Placement Set plants where the mound can extend up to about 24 inches, including the edge of a container or a front-of-border position. Its heat tolerance suits warm, sunny sites; part sun is also supported by the grower profile. Use a well-drained container or planting bed and monitor moisture during hot weather. ## Maintenance Remove damaged or spent flower stems as needed to keep the display neat. Trim lightly if the semi-trailing growth moves beyond its allotted space.
