Caldera™ Pink Geranium

Caldera™ Pink is a pink-flowered interspecific geranium selection in Syngenta’s Caldera line. Syngenta describes Caldera as a heat-tolerant, spreading series with dark foliage and vibrant single flowers that stand out through summer, suited to hanging baskets, combinations and bold landscape plantings. Use this selection for seasonal color in sunny beds and containers where its outward growth can soften an edge. The genus profile from North Carolina Extension describes Pelargoniums as annuals or tender perennials, often grown as annuals, and recommends full sun. Grow in free-draining soil and keep moderate moisture while actively growing; established Pelargoniums tolerate some drought but flower more luxuriantly with moderate moisture. Container plants may dry slightly between waterings.\n\n## Maintenance\nProtect from frost. In climates with cold winters, treat as an annual or overwinter indoors or in a cool greenhouse; water sparingly during winter.
