Caliente® Lavender Geranium

Caliente® Lavender is an interspecific geranium selected for its mounding shape, purple-lavender flowers, and steady warm-season color. Syngenta lists this exact product as an annual, with a garden height of 12–16 inches, a width of 20–24 inches, and flowering from mid-spring through summer. ## Appearance and placement The medium-vigorous plant suits landscape beds, patio containers, and hanging baskets. The official product page lists full sun or part sun, marks Caliente as a heat lover, and identifies the flowers as pollinator friendly. Its lavender blooms and rounded habit provide color without taking over a small container, while its listed spread gives a useful spacing guide for mixed plantings. Syngenta describes the single flowers as self-cleaning and the plant as rain tolerant, which limits routine grooming. The product profile lists several quart and hanging-basket container formats as well as landscape use. Match the container to the space available and follow the grower’s culture guidance for local growing conditions.
