Calliope® Large Hot Pink Geranium

Calliope® Large Hot Pink is an interspecific geranium with pink and rose flowers and a mounding habit. The selected plant reaches 16–20 inches tall and 20–24 inches wide in the garden, making it useful in a large patio pot, landscape bed or hanging basket. Syngenta lists part sun to full sun and flowers from mid-spring through summer. The breeder lists it as a pollinator-friendly product. Pair it with neighboring plants that tolerate similar light and watering. ## Maintenance Grow in part sun or full sun. Check soil moisture regularly, especially in a hanging basket or patio container during warm weather, and water when the root zone begins to dry. Remove faded flower clusters as needed to keep the plant looking neat.
