Tornado™ Fuchsia Geranium

Tornado™ Fuchsia is a trailing ivy geranium selection with pink and rose flowers. Syngenta lists an 8–10 inch garden height and 12–14 inch width, with flowers from mid-spring through summer. Its naturally trailing habit makes it useful for baskets and containers where stems can spill over the edge. ## Placement Grow in full sun. This compact form suits hanging baskets, window boxes, patio planters, and landscape edges. ([Syngenta Flowers](https://www.syngentaflowers.com/ams/product/flower/70000783)) ## Care Use a well-drained growing mix and monitor container moisture. Iowa State Extension notes that less sunlight reduces flowering for annual geraniums and that container-grown plants need frequent watering in hot, dry weather. ([Iowa State University Extension](https://yardandgarden.extension.iastate.edu/how-to/growing-annual-geraniums)) ## Maintenance Check the mix often during warm weather and water thoroughly when it begins to dry. Trim trailing stems as needed to maintain the container’s shape.
