Tango™ White Splash is a white-splashed zonal geranium in Syngenta’s compact, dark-leaved Tango series. Its upright growth and summer flowers suit sunny containers and bedding displays.
## Selection and display
Syngenta lists White Splash as product 70069791. The Tango series is described as compact, upright and dark-leaved; the official catalogue lists this selection among its color varieties. In Syngenta’s Southern U.S. production heat trial, White Splash received a “Good” rating under the stated trial conditions. The result is useful comparative information, not a promise of performance in every garden. See the [Syngenta heat trial](https://www.syngentaflowers.com/ams/sites/g/files/kgtney2381/files/media/document/2023/06/05/sf-16914-geranium-techsheet-heattolerant-final-for-web-2023-05-31.pdf) and [Tango series catalogue](https://online.flippingbook.com/view/642680/45/).
## Growing
Give zonal pelargoniums full sun and free-draining soil. They grow well in containers or borders; water moderately during active growth, avoiding waterlogged compost. This is tender summer bedding in frost-prone regions. Harden plants off and wait until frost has passed before placing them outdoors, following the [RHS pelargonium growing guide](https://www.rhs.org.uk/plants/pelargonium/growing-guide).
## Maintenance
Remove spent flower clusters for a neater display. Bring container plants into a bright, frost-free place before cold weather or take cuttings to carry the selection into the next growing season.
