Starcluster™ Cascade Red Pentas

Starcluster™ Cascade Red is a warm-season Pentas lanceolata with red flower clusters. Syngenta lists full sun, late-spring through summer flowering, a mounding semi-trailing habit, and an 8–10 inch garden height with a 24–26 inch spread. ## Placement Let this low, spreading selection trail from a sunny patio container or hanging basket, or use it at the front of a summer bed. The breeder describes the Cascade series as heat-loving and highlights its use in baskets; its blooms are also identified as pollinator friendly. Leave space for the broad mature spread. ## Maintenance Water thoroughly after planting and check containers during warm, dry weather, as baskets can dry faster than beds. Remove faded clusters as desired to keep the display tidy.
