Good & Plenty® Blue Denim is a blue-flowered selection in Green Fuse’s named Good and Plenty® petunia series. Green Fuse lists Blue Denim among the series colors and describes its early, day-neutral flowering and mounding, spreading habit. The series grows about 8–10 inches tall and is suited to sunny landscape plantings, pots, hanging baskets, mixed containers, and window boxes. [Green Fuse’s plant page](https://green-fuse.com/new/petunia-hybrida-petunia-good-and-plenty/) and [culture sheet](https://green-fuse.com/new/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/Petunia-Good-and-Plenty%C2%AE.pdf) describe the named series.
## Growing
Choose a sunny site and well-drained soil or container mix. For container plants, water thoroughly and let the medium dry somewhat before watering again; avoid keeping roots saturated. In beds, set plants out after frost danger has passed. Clemson Extension gives 1–2 inches of water every seven to ten days after establishment as a general petunia guide, adjusted for rainfall and local conditions.
## Maintenance
Pinch established shoots around 10–14 days after transplanting to encourage branching. Remove faded blooms as needed for a clean display, and trim leggy growth if flowering slows. Apply balanced fertilizer according to its label. [Clemson Extension](https://hgic.clemson.edu/factsheet/petunia/) provides broader petunia care guidance.
