About Good and Plenty® Flamingo - Petunia

Good and Plenty® Flamingo is a pink-flowered selection in Green Fuse Botanicals’ Good and Plenty® petunia series. Green Fuse lists Flamingo among the series selections and features its pink flowers in the current selection guide. ## In the garden Good and Plenty® varieties are described as flowering early, even under short days, and as wrapping containers in a mound of flowers. The series reaches about 8–10 inches tall and is recommended for pots, hanging baskets, combination pots, window boxes, and sunny landscape plantings. Flamingo’s pink blooms add a soft color to mixed containers or a sunny garden bed. ## Growing Choose full sun and well-drained soil. Green Fuse’s culture sheet advises watering thoroughly and letting the growing medium dry between irrigations. Illinois Extension recommends moist, well-drained soil for petunias and notes that heavy soils can limit flowering. ## Maintenance Give the mounding, spreading plant room to fill its container and avoid prolonged saturated soil.
