About Good and Plenty® Grape Ice - Petunia

Good and Plenty® Grape Ice is a color selection in Green Fuse Botanicals’ Good and Plenty® petunia series. The current Green Fuse selection guide shows magenta-pink petals with strong dark purple veining. ## In the garden Green Fuse describes Good and Plenty® as early flowering, even under short days, with plants that form bouquets of flowers around containers. The series reaches about 8–10 inches tall and is recommended for pots, hanging baskets, combination pots, window boxes, and sunny landscape plantings. Grape Ice adds a high-contrast flower pattern to mixed containers or a sunny bed. ## Growing Plant in full sun and well-drained soil. The Green Fuse culture sheet recommends watering thoroughly, then letting the growing medium dry between irrigations. Illinois Extension recommends moist, well-drained soil for petunias and cautions that heavy soils can reduce flowering. ## Maintenance Allow room for the series’ mounding, spreading habit and avoid keeping the roots waterlogged.
