Cascadias™Purple Ice - Petunia

Cascadias™ Purple Ice is an early-flowering hybrid petunia with large single flowers and a semi-trailing habit. Danziger describes the selection as suitable for hanging baskets, ground-cover plantings, and landscapes, with stems that cascade over container sides. ## Growing Notes The Danziger product page lists a mature height of 12–14 inches and a spread of 14–18 inches. Petunias grow best in full sun and moist, well-drained soil. Set the plant where the trailing stems can extend freely and use a container with drainage. ## Maintenance Check container soil often in warm weather and water when the surface begins to dry. Avoid standing water around the roots. The selection-specific form and size are from Danziger; Illinois Extension provides broader garden guidance for petunias.
