Crazytunia Cloud 9 - Petunia

Crazytunia® Cloud 9 is a named, multicolored petunia selection with a robust habit and noted weather resistance. The available plant profile lists a height of 6–10 inches and a spread of 18–24 inches; it does not establish a USDA hardiness zone. [The Cloud 9 plant profile](https://www.gardencentermarketing.com/plantName/Petunia-x-hybrida-Crazytunia-Cloud-9) identifies the selection and gives those size ranges. ## Garden Use Use Cloud 9 in a sunny container or bed where its multicolored flowers can be appreciated. The cited profile characterizes the habit as robust but does not specify a precise form, so combine it with neighboring plants according to the available space and observed growth. ## Growing Conditions As a petunia, it suits full sun and moist, well-drained soil. [Illinois Extension’s petunia guide](https://extension.illinois.edu/flowers/petunia) describes petunias as half-hardy annuals, recommends those conditions, and lists a broad May-to-October bloom season for its region. That regional season is not a guarantee for every climate; plant after frost risk and protect from cold. ## Maintenance Check containers often in warm weather and water when the soil begins to dry. Keep drainage open, remove damaged growth, and avoid treating the profile’s zone range as a USDA rating.
