Double Wave® White - Petunia

Double Wave® White is a white, double-flowered petunia in the spreading Double Wave series. The pale blooms suit mixed containers and sunny garden edges, where they can brighten combinations with stronger colors. ## Garden Use Use this petunia in a basket, window box or the front of a sunny planting, allowing its spreading habit room to show. Petunias generally perform in full sun and moist, well-drained soil. The [University of Illinois Extension petunia guide](https://extension.illinois.edu/flowers/petunia) summarizes the species’ broad range of forms and its general growing conditions. ## Maintenance Keep the root zone evenly moist without leaving the pot or bed waterlogged. Container plantings may need more frequent checks in hot weather because their soil dries quickly. If stems become loose late in the season, pinching them back lightly can help restore a compact outline and support continued flowering.
