Easy Wave® Sky Blue - Spreading Petunia

Easy Wave® Sky Blue is a named spreading petunia with sky-blue flowers. Its color and Wave-series identity make it useful for a sunny basket, window box or planting edge where a spreading annual can soften the outline. ## Garden Use Petunias span a broad range of sizes and habits, so leave room for the mature form of the plant you purchase. The [University of Illinois Extension petunia guide](https://extension.illinois.edu/flowers/petunia) recommends full sun and moist, well-drained soil for petunias generally, and notes that heavy soils can limit flowering. Choose a position with good light and soil or potting mix that drains freely. ## Maintenance Check containers often in warm weather and water when the surface begins to dry, then let excess drain. In beds, keep moisture reasonably even during active growth. Light pinching late in the season can help keep petunias compact and flowering well.
