Sweetunia Mystery - Petunia

Sweetunia Mystery is a named Petunia selection presented by the Royal Horticultural Society within its Sweetunia Series. Petunias bring seasonal color to beds, window boxes, and mixed containers, and this selection can be used wherever a compact flowering plant is wanted. ## Where to grow Choose a sunny, sheltered position with light, fertile, well-drained soil. In a container, use a free-draining potting mix and avoid placing the pot where strong wind will dry the plant quickly. Allow room for neighboring plants and keep the crown above the soil surface. ## Care Water regularly after planting and during dry spells, aiming to keep the root zone moist without leaving the pot waterlogged. Remove faded flowers and damaged stems as needed to maintain a neat display. Petunias are sensitive to frost, so plant outdoors after the last frost in your area. ## Maintenance Check pots more often in hot weather, since small containers dry quickly. Follow the fertilizer label if feeding during active growth, and clear faded flowers during the season.
