About Damask™ Rose Petunia

Damask™ Rose is a compact, mounding multiflora petunia with pink-rose flowers. Syngenta lists it at 6–8 inches tall and 12–14 inches wide, flowering from mid-spring through summer, and marks the selection as pollinator friendly. ## In the Garden The neat mound works well in patio pots, mixed containers, and small planting spaces. Its rose-pink blooms add a soft color among stronger reds, purples, or white flowers. ## Growing Conditions Choose part shade to full sun and moist, well-drained soil. In containers, make sure excess water can drain and check moisture regularly in warm weather. Illinois Extension describes petunias as suited to moist, well-drained soil, while UC IPM recommends regular watering. ## Maintenance Apply fertilizer regularly according to the product label. Remove spent flowers after the bloom period to encourage new growth, following UC IPM guidance. Syngenta describes Damask plants as naturally compact and suited to season-long garden display.
