Hurrah™ Velvet Petunia

Hurrah™ Velvet is an F1 multiflora petunia in the Hurrah series. Syngenta lists this exact color variety as a mounding annual, 8–10 inches tall and 12–14 inches wide, flowering from mid-spring through summer. The page lists part shade, part sun, and full sun as exposures, and Illinois Extension supplies general petunia guidance. Its short height keeps flowers near viewing level, while the listed spread can fill a small planting space. Choose the available light level that best fits the site. ## Growing Notes Plant in a free-draining growing medium. Check moisture as the root zone begins to dry, especially in pots exposed to sun or wind. Leave space around the plant so foliage can dry after rain or irrigation. ## Maintenance Remove damaged or faded material when tidying the display. Check containers more often during warm weather because small volumes of growing medium dry quickly. Use fertilizer only as directed for the selected potting mix or container product.
