FotoFinish® Salmon is the salmon-colored selection in Syngenta's FotoFinish® spreading petunia series. Its product page identifies Petunia pendula as an annual with spreading habit, 10–14 in. garden height, 24–36 in. width, mid-spring and summer flowering, and part shade, part sun or full sun exposure.
## Placement
Use the mounded, branching plant in a container or bed where it can spread without crowding nearby plants. Syngenta lists a range of container sizes and describes the series as pollinator-friendly; the measured width helps plan space around the plant.
Choose moist, well-drained soil. Petunias tend not to bloom well in very heavy soil, so use a loose container mix and avoid sites that stay waterlogged. Water container-grown plants when the surface starts to dry, with more frequent checks during hot or windy weather. The [FotoFinish® Salmon product page](https://www.syngentaflowers.com/ams/product/flower/70065697) provides the selection-specific habit, dimensions and exposure. [Illinois Extension's petunia guide](https://extension.illinois.edu/flowers/petunia) covers general soil and seasonal care.
## Maintenance
Pinch stems late in the season if they become loose to keep growth compact and support continued flowering. Treat this as an annual display and replace it after the season.
