E3 Easy Wave® Sky Blue Spreading Petunia

E3 Easy Wave® Sky Blue is a spreading petunia with sky-blue flowers. PanAmerican Seed describes a mounded, spreading habit, a 6–12-inch height, a 25–32-inch width, and bloom from spring through late summer. Its broad growth suits baskets, planters, and landscape spaces where the blue display can spread. ## Growing conditions Choose a sunny site with moist, well-drained soil. Allow room for the 25–32-inch width so the spreading stems do not crowd nearby plants. The [exact PanAmerican product page](https://www.panamseed.com/Products/048609216000724/spreading-petunia-e3-easy-wave-sky-blue/) notes that flowers may lighten with age and in high light, so the display can shift as blooms mature. The [University of Illinois Extension petunia guide](https://extension.illinois.edu/flowers/petunia) provides general guidance on petunia exposure and soil. ## Seasonal display The named selection belongs to E3 Easy Wave®, whose uniform, spreading habit is presented for baskets and planters. The product page lists spring, late spring, summer, and late summer flowering; use the height and width ranges as space-planning guidance rather than as a single finished measurement. ## Maintenance Keep soil evenly moist and well drained. Illinois Extension notes that occasional pinching late in the season can help petunias stay compact and continue blooming. Check container soil regularly during warm, sunny periods, and trim only as needed to manage the spread.
