Create design onlineAbout Lo Rider™ Pink Petunia
Lo Rider™ Pink is a compact multiflora petunia for pink-toned flowers in containers and garden beds. It forms a mounded plant about 7–10 inches tall and 8–12 inches wide, flowering from early spring through late summer in sun.
## Design
Use this selection in patio pots, hanging baskets, or a sunny front-of-border planting. PanAmerican recommends 6–8 inches of spacing and describes Lo Rider as suited to high-density cell packs and promotional baskets; its stronger branching and improved airflow help plants hold together through the season. See the [PanAmerican Seed Lo Rider Pink page](https://www.panamseed.com/Products/048606513004054/petunia-lo-rider-pink/) for the exact selection and series profile.
## Growing Conditions
Give it full sun and well-drained soil that stays evenly moist. In its Florida guidance, [UF/IFAS recommends](https://gardeningsolutions.ifas.ufl.edu/plants/ornamentals/petunias/) watering established petunias deeply rather than with frequent light sprinkles; its 1–2 inches every 7–10 days guideline should be adjusted for rainfall, heat, soil, and whether the plant is in a container.
## Maintenance
Pinch young tips if you want a fuller branching shape. UF/IFAS suggests monthly balanced fertilizer or a controlled-release fertilizer at planting. Remove spent blooms when they detract from the display, and protect plants from frost in cold-prone locations.
