About Caucasian Stonecrop

Phedimus spurius is a versatile, low-growing succulent that forms a dense, mat-like ground cover. Its creeping stems root at the nodes, allowing it to spread efficiently across rocky terrain and garden borders. The fleshy, toothed leaves are arranged in two rows and often feature red-tinged margins. In summer, it produces clusters of star-shaped flowers ranging from white to deep crimson. Highly drought-tolerant and low-maintenance, it thrives in well-drained soil and full sun.
