Stark® Early White Giant™ is a self-pollinating white-fleshed peach with red skin and large, semi-freestone fruit. It blooms early in spring and ripens in June in the central California harvest schedule published by the seller.
## Fruit and siting
[Stark Bro’s exact selection page](https://www.starkbros.com/products/fruit-trees/peach-trees/stark-early-white-giant-peach) lists zones 5–8, full sun, well-drained loamy soil, and a mature size of 12–15 feet tall and wide. The product is self-pollinating; a second peach is optional. Its white flesh and semi-freestone pit are useful details when choosing a fresh-eating peach for a home orchard.
## Maintenance
Plant in a sunny site with good drainage and water deeply as the tree establishes. Keep moisture consistent through hot, dry weather, especially while fruit is developing. Prune during dormancy to shape an open framework and remove damaged or crossing wood. Monitor the developing crop and thin fruit where needed to reduce limb strain. The seller’s [peach growing guide](https://www.starkbros.com/growing-guide/how-to-grow-fruit-trees/peach-trees/) provides additional planting and care advice.
