Amanogawa Flowering Cherry

Amanogawa is a narrowly fastigiate Japanese flowering cherry with slightly fragrant, semi-double pale pink flowers in late spring. Its upright branching makes it a useful small ornamental tree for a narrow space. ## Appearance The leaves emerge bronze, become green in summer, and turn orange or red in autumn. Prune lightly to remove damaged or crossing branches and retain the natural upright outline; avoid harsh cuts that disturb the framework.
