Buckthorn

Fastigiate, upright deciduous shrub with stems and branches growing erect. Dense glossy green foliage from the base creates an excellent screen in narrow spaces. Berries turn from cream to pink to red and then black. Yellow fall color. Self-seeding and can be considered as an invasive species in some areas.
