Floribunda Rose

Floribunda roses are modern bush roses valued for abundant flowers and a repeat display. Individual cultivars differ in mature size, bloom color, fragrance, disease resistance, and winter hardiness, so choose a named variety suited to the local climate. ## Siting and display Floribundas generally grow as shrubs about 2–5 feet tall, with widths that vary by cultivar. Give them full sun, fertile well-drained soil, and room for air circulation. Many roses flower from early summer into fall; floribundas are grown for their generous garden display, with flower form and color determined by the cultivar. Remove faded blooms to encourage additional flowers, and prune in late winter or early spring to remove dead or weak canes and shape the shrub.
