Create design onlineAbout Rosemary SimplyHerbs™
Rosemary SimplyHerbs™ is a mounded rosemary product grown for aromatic foliage and culinary leaves. The grower profile describes it as suitable for pots, full sun and summer flowering. [PanAmerican Seed](https://www.panamseed.com/Products/053706748000001/simplyherbs-rosemary/) provides the product details.
## Site and use
Plant in full sun in well-drained soil; rosemary does poorly where roots remain waterlogged. Its compact mounded growth suits a kitchen garden, patio pot or sunny border. Clip the narrow leaves for cooking and use them fresh or dried as a seasoning.
## Growth and care
Grower dimensions are 12–24 inches tall and wide. Rosemary is evergreen, and the species commonly bears pale violet-blue to white flowers from spring into summer. SimplyHerbs™ is the product name; mature size and flower color can vary with growing conditions. Water moderately as plants establish, then allow excess moisture to drain freely. In containers, use a pot with drainage holes and avoid leaving the root ball standing in a saucer of water.
## Maintenance
Harvest by clipping leafy tips and lightly shape after flowering. Avoid cutting deeply into old, leafless wood; frequent modest harvests help retain a compact, leafy outline. [RHS rosemary guidance](https://www.rhs.org.uk/plants/384211/salvia-rosmarinus-ro/details) covers the broader species.
