This substantial hosta forms a bold mound of cloudy blue foliage, reaching up to 25 inches tall and 60 inches wide. Its nearly round leaves are uniquely cupped and heavily puckered, providing a dynamic three-dimensional texture that catches light and raindrops. In midsummer, pale lavender flowers emerge on tall scapes, attracting pollinators. Thriving in moist, organic soils and shaded woodland settings, it serves as an excellent focal point or groundcover in zones 3-9.
