Spring Bling® ‘Ruby Riot’ is a low, spreading hybrid phlox selected for reddish-pink flowers in early spring. Its short stature and broad spread suit it to the front of a border or a sunny groundcover planting. ## Flowers and Placement The breeder lists a height of 4–8 inches and a spread of 24–28 inches.
