SuperCal® Premium Bordeaux Petchoa

SuperCal® Premium Bordeaux is an annual petchoa with red flowers and a mounding habit. Sakata lists this exact selection in its Premium series; Penn State’s trial profile records red flower color, and Sakata’s culture chart describes Premium Bordeaux as very early, large-flowered, and average in vigor. ## Growing Plant in full sun or partial sun in well-drained soil. Use a porous mix in containers; keep container soil moist and water landscape plantings when the soil dries. The exact product profile lists a mature range of 14–20 inches tall by 14–22 inches wide. The broader SuperCal care guide recommends slow-release fertilizer at label directions and notes good performance through heat and rain. ## Maintenance Premium plants are mounding and self-cleaning, so deadheading is not needed. Trim to shape as desired.
