SuperCal® Yellow Light Petchoa

SuperCal® Yellow Light is a yellow-flowered petchoa selection in the SuperCal series. It is listed as an early-flowering plant for sunny sites and has a spreading, trailing outline. ## Plant Details The assigned selection is identified by code SAKPXC017 in Ball FloraPlant’s detail, which lists PP 28,612 and US patent reference 10,117,392. That product page titles the selection “Light Yellow,” while the catalog record says “Yellow Light”; the matching code and protection references bind the selection. Published dimensions are 14–28 inches tall and 14–32 inches wide, with full sun exposure. Sakata also lists Light Yellow among SuperCal colors. ## Garden Conditions Give the plant full sun and enough room for its mature spread. Illinois Extension’s general guidance for petunias and calibrachoa recommends moist, well-drained soil; apply that as broad guidance to this hybrid and adjust to local heat and pot size. The product information notes good heat and weather tolerance. ## Maintenance Monitor moisture in containers and allow excess water to drain. The [Sakata SuperCal product page](https://sakataornamentals.com/plantname/supercal/) lists Light Yellow, while the [Ball FloraPlant detail](https://www.ballfloraplant.com/Products/Details/?phid=143605258006106) confirms the exact code, protection references, dimensions, and exposure.
