About Supertunia® Daybreak Charm Petunia

Supertunia® Daybreak Charm is a densely branched annual petunia with sunshine-yellow centers edged in watermelon pink. The plant grows about 8–12 inches tall and 18–24 inches wide, with trailing stems to about 24 inches. ## In the Garden Its bicolor flowers brighten hanging baskets, containers, and the front of landscape beds. Proven Winners lists bloom from spring through fall, with abundant small-to-medium flowers, and identifies butterflies and hummingbirds among its visitors. ## Growing Conditions Grow in part sun to full sun in average soil. Keep moisture consistent so the plant does not wilt severely, and use a container with good drainage. The listed USDA hardiness range is 10a–11b; in colder areas it is grown as a warm-season annual. ## Maintenance Spent flowers do not need regular deadheading. Feed regularly, particularly in containers, following product directions. If the stems become stretched or open in midsummer, trim them back lightly and continue watering and feeding to support fresh growth.
